TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to SONAIRE. By accessing our website or purchasing from SONAIRE, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
We make every effort to display our products, colours, finishes and details as accurately as possible. Please note that colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. SONAIRE reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products or update product information at any time.

PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be calculated at checkout where required.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, product information or typographical errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you regarding the available options.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be fulfilled.
ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
Please ensure that your order details and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.
SONAIRE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, incorrect pricing, payment issues or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.
SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Estimated shipping and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

EXCHANGES & NO REFUNDS
All SONAIRE purchases are final sale and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Eligible items may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all original packaging included.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, except where required by applicable law.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration or improper care will not be accepted for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with an exchange unless the item received was incorrect or arrived defective.
To request an exchange, please contact mailto:hello@sonaire.ca with your order number and details of your request before sending your item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the exchange has been approved. Any applicable price difference for the replacement item will be handled accordingly.
No refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

JEWELLERY CARE
Jewellery may naturally experience signs of wear over time. The appearance and longevity of each piece may vary depending on frequency of wear, storage, exposure to moisture, chemicals, fragrances, skincare products and individual body chemistry.
We recommend following SONAIRE'S Jewellery Care instructions to help preserve the appearance of your pieces.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on the SONAIRE website, including the SONAIRE name and logo, photographs, product names, descriptions, graphics, text, designs and other brand materials, is owned by or licensed to SONAIRE and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Our content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SONAIRE will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection laws.

Personal information submitted through our website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
SONAIRE reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will become effective when published on our website.
